Our products are handmade* and selected with Neurodivergent Adults and Parent Carers in mind.

We are passionate about supporting the older teens and adults who are experiencing Neurodivergence and would like to get in touch with their creativity. We know that regular art practice is hugely beneficial for our nervous system regulation and emotional wellness. Unfortunately creativity falls by the wayside as we grow up, we at Create to Regulate want to change that.
